Improve collaboration and cohesion
The performance of teams that already demonstrate the essential communication and leadership skills can typically be further improved in two ways: utilizing individual strengths and developing cooperation within the team.
Building on strengths
The program addresses the operational effectiveness and cohesion of teams. Practical workshops combine with GALLUP’s CliftonStrengths profile of the team members, strong emphasis on follow-up and transferring knowledge into daily work.

The Team Cohesion program is based on the engagement measures Q12® developed by GALLUP and the Thematic Goal structure of Patrick Lencioni.
Program structure
Personal strengths workshop
We will discuss business benefits of positive psychology and strength-based work and how talents and strengths impact our everyday lives and leadership, business performance and motivation.
Strengths at work workshop
Participants discover their talents and learn how to form them into specific strengths based on GALLUP's CliftonStrengths and Q12® assessment. They will learn how they can use their strengths during daily work situations and how they can capitalize on them. They get useful tools to make their strengths last, they get to know each other based on their strengths, discovering how they can rely on each other more efficiently.
Follow-up sessions
We make sure that the participants made progress in their development ideas, support them in putting their strengths into practice. We discuss in pairs how they can build their people management activities and leadership style on their strengths.
Five dysfunctions of a team workshops
We establish a cohesion goal to create a common sense of purpose, and a context for interdependency for a team. We agree on actions how to build trust, handle conflicts to make team member commited. The team defines its values to make each other accountable and make the priorities more tangible, give the tactical objectives more contexts.
Follow-up team coaching sessions
We make sure that the team implements its objectives, make them happen and improves collaboration and cooperation efficiently during team coaching sessions.
