Besides using Act2Manage as a performance support tool at the moment of need, contents are also organised into custom learning journeys in three ways: 1) put together by the user according to his or her own preferences, 2) compiled by us, addressing typical workplace situations, 3) constructed to support current organisational initiatives at the client company.

When I had a couple of minutes I used the App like reading a book by chapters. I started from basics to up the line.
