Define learning journeys

Besides using Act2Manage as a performance support tool at the moment of need, contents are also organised into custom learning journeys in three ways: 1) put together by the user according to his or her own preferences, 2) compiled by us, addressing typical workplace situations like being put in charge of a challenging project, feeling the motivation to take ownership for personal and career development, or becoming a manager for the first time, 3) constructed to support current organisational initiatives at the client company.
