Besides using Act2Manage as a performance support tool at the moment of need, contents are also organised into custom learning journeys in three ways: 1) put together by the user according to his or her own preferences, 2) complied by us, related to general leadership skills, managing people and managing processes, 3) constructed to support current organisational initiatives.

Monitor progress

Development is greatly enhanced by ongoing follow-up and progress tracking. Act2Manage offers a My Progress page where all achievement data is presented in one place including points and badges collected, microlearning contents covered, commitments made and completed, as well as positive feedback given to team members. In addition, our Leadership Feedback function can be used for progress tracking by repeating the assessment cycle every 3 months.
