The Hungarian-Bulgarian Chamber of Commerce is pleased to invite you to the

Act2Manage Business Show in Sofia

Bulgarian Leadership Practices in Focus

In 2023, the Act2Manage team embarked on an ambitious research project to explore a critical question: To what extent do Bulgarian people managers apply widely accepted management practices?

We also sought to uncover the key factors influencing the application of leadership knowledge in Bulgaria. Through our research, we faced a significant challenge — there is no universally agreed-upon definition of what makes a “good” leader or the essential skills required for leadership, neither in practice nor in international literature. We finally concluded to investigate those behaviours that show the highest correlation to employee engagement.

We present the key findings of our research and explore the current state of leadership in Bulgaria.

This event will provide valuable insights for business leaders, HR professionals, and anyone interested in the development of leadership skills and management practices in Bulgaria.
